It is designed for machining and cutting of Pvc profiles as a line. It is integrated with window design program.
Pc controlled with Windows operating system.

4 different unit ( feding unit , machining unit , cutting unit , off-load unit ) and 9 axes servo controlled.
10 slots for preloading the profiles.
Max. Profile bar lenght is 6500 mm.
Rotary tooling system that can turns 360 degree.
8 different tools on rotary tooling system. Because of this machining is so fast.

There are 3 different saws in cutting unit. Because of this cutting process is so fast.
Cutting lenght sensitivity is +/- 0,3-0,5 mm.
Cutting angles: 45⁰ , 90⁰ and 135⁰
Unloading z type conveyor for waste parts.
Barcode system for mass production.
Capacity : according to number of process , 170-200 windows / 8 hours
